EXPORT POLICY

•    Samples are available at FOB cost x 2 times + DHL/FEDEX pre-paid through Western Union, Paypal, Credit card or Wire transfer.

•    Special developments are undertaken and estimates are provided in advance based on the drawings / specifications supplied by our clients.

•    We take approximately 7 to 10 days from the date of receipt of total specification / confirmed design and accessories (if sent by client) for sample dispatch.

•    DHL/TNT/FEDEX normally deliver the sample in 4-5 days.

•    The time required for productions depends on the quantity of the orders and production bookings at that point of time. The production time is calculated from the date of receipt of confirmation on the approval sample and all other information relating to production.

•    As per our Company Policy we can accept payment in US Dollar, British Pound Sterling, Deutsche Mark and Euro.

•    All prices are FOB Chittagong. C&F and CIF prices can be quoted upon clients’ request.

•    Trial orders below this billing amount may be negotiated on special terms.

•    Our payment terms are 100% irrevocable letter of credit or 60% advance against our Proforma invoice and balance COD/DP at sight basis or 60% advance and balance by wire transfer at the time of shipment.

•    For LCL shipment by sea, we provide hessian (Jute) packing on master cartons. Special packaging as per customer requirements can be provided at extra costs as applicable.

•    Our delivery conditions are FOB Chittagong port or as per requirement and specification of the customers. Chittagong port provides vessels on a weekly basis connecting all major ports.

•    Transit time for USA is 35 to 40 days, for Europe it is 25-30 days from the date of sailing of the vessel from Chittagong port.

•    The lead time for all of Jute orders is 10 days. Normally, for an order of 500-1,000 bags we require 7 days as production time. For an order of 2,000-10,000 bags, we require 15-30 days as production time.

•    The articles are bulk packed in a 7-ply corrugated carton of size 28 x 18 x 15 inches with a poly sheet covering inside to protect against damages due to moisture.
